How do I create an account at KatherineWay.com?
You can easily create an account by clicking the account icon at the top right of the page, filling out the form, and clicking "Create an Account". We recommend creating an account so you can view your order history at your convenience.
I forgot the username/password for my account, can you help me?
If you forget your account password click "Forgot Your Password?” at the bottom of the Customer Login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you have any further questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the tracking number for your package. If you have created an account, you can also login and view the status of any of your recent orders. Please allow up to 10 days for processing and shipping.
How do I cancel my order?

How do I use a Gift Card?
Enter the Gift Card Certificate Number in the Discount field on the final checkout page. The amount of the gift card will be applied towards your order.
Do I need an account to make an online purchase?
No. You can create an account so that you can view the status of your order and enjoy faster checkout, but this is not required.
How do I care for my new Katherine Way garment?
Our Micropolyester/Spandex garments are made in the USA of superior performance fabric designed to be easy to wear and care for. We recommend that you machine wash in cold water and remove promptly. Tumble dry low or line dry. Do not use chlorine bleach, stain removing sprays, pre-treaments or fabric softener, and do not soak. A cool iron may be used if necessary.
What if I have an issue with my garment purchased from KatherineWay.com?
Please refer to our return policy. We will do our best to resolve any issue that falls within the guidelines outlined in the return policy.

What if I don't see the style or size I want?
