Return & Exchange Policy / Price Adjustments
Returns must be authorized. Items returned without an active authorization will not be processed and the item will not be returned to you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise that has the original tags attached provided the postage-paid return label is scanned by the carrier within 14 days of the original delivery date. When you receive your delivery, please inspect it and try it on to ensure your satisfaction; if you wish to request a return, please do so as soon as convenient after delivery.
We only accept returns for merchandise purchased through katherineway.com. Merchandise purchased at from our retail partners can only be returned at those locations.
Keep the tags attached to your items. To ensure the validity of your purchase and/or for health and hygiene purposes, items must have the original tags attached to the garment to qualify for a refund. Items returned with the tags missing or unattached will not be processed for a refund and the items will not be returned to you. Garments that show signs of wear or use will not be processed for a refund and the items will not be returned to you.
Items received as a gift may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning the item, please indicate the item was a gift and provide the full name of the person who placed the order. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns of gift purchases.
Items with pre-discount prices ending in $.99 may be returned for online store credit only.
Samples Sale items are not eligible for return at any time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Katherine Way reserves the right to assess a restocking fee of $10 per item for late returns.
Follow These Steps to Make a Return:
Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated above.
Log in to your Katherine Way account by clicking the icon at the top right of the home page. Select the order and initiate your return. Return requests received by 12 PM M-F are reviewed and processed the same day; requests received after 12 PM are processed by the next business day. If your return request meets the criteria above, you will receive a postage paid label sent to the email associated with your original order. We encourage you to return your item using the original packaging.
Alternatively, you may email a return request to customercare@katherineway.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. This helps us to improve our collections and service.
Be sure to add your packing slip to the returned package with the prepaid shipping label provided. Your return must be scanned by the carrier within 14 days of your original delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Returns that are scanned more than 14 days from the original delivery date will receive a store credit for the original purchase price, less shipping, that may be applied to a future purchase. Store credits may be applied to any future purchase, including shipping charges, for 365 days from the date of issue. Returns scanned more than 30 days after the original purchase date will not be processed, refunded or returned to you.
Once the returned item(s) are received in our warehouse, you will receive an email notification within 1-3 business days confirming your return has been processed and the refund amount.
A refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 7- 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please place a new order for your preferred size or color, then follow the steps above to return the unwanted item.
Final Sale: Items marked or advertised as Final Sale, and those with prices ending in .99, whether online or in e-mail or SMS communications to customers or through social media channels are eligible for return for store credit only. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and may be used for payments including shipping in conjunction with other discount codes.
Price Adjustments: From time to time, Katherine Way offers shopping and/or shipping discounts to shoppers. These discounts may be automatic, may be markdowns to regular prices or may be subject to the use of a promo code entered at checkout. These discounts are not applicable prior purchases.
New Customer Discount: New customers may enter promo code NEW15 at checkout to save 15% on all items in their cart. This promo code is not applicable to shipping charges. NEW15 may be used once per customer, as determined by the email or phone number associated with your account. NEW15 may not be combined with any other product discounts, but may be combined with shipping discounts such as FREESHIP if they parameters for the purchase are met.
Our BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) promotion applies to items of equal or lesser value. If you choose to return items purchased as part of a BOGO promotion, please note the following:

If both items are returned: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.*

If only the paid item is returned: The refund will be reduced by the value of the free item (based on its current or promotional price).*

If only the free item is returned: No refund or exchange will be given, as the item was free as part of a promotion.*
