- All sales are FINAL on wholesale orders.
- Customers who receive an incorrect item or find that an item is damaged should contact us immediately to get a Return Authorization number and arrange replacement.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all deliveries immediately and report damages within 5 days of receipt.
- All returns must be issued with a Return Authorization number - No returns will be accepted without a RA.
- The RA # should be written on the outside of the return package.
- Upon receipt, please open your package immediately and inspect for incorrect or damaged items - Contact us immediately if you find a complication with your order.
- Locate your invoice number. Your invoice number is located in the top right corner of your invoice, which was included in your package. Please make sure you are using your invoice number, and not your order number, when requesting a return. If you attempt to use your order number, our system will not recognize your order and your request will fail.
- On the returns portal, enter your invoice number in this specific format: AM-"Invoice Number". For example, if your invoice number is 3622 you should enter AM-3622 into the order number field on the returns platform.
- Enter your shipping zip code in the zip code field on the returns platform. This is whatever zip code your package was shipped to originally.
- Once you have entered your order number and your shipping zip code, click "Look Up Order" on the returns platform.
- On the next page, all of the items in your order will appear. Please use the dropdown menus next to each item to select the quantity you would like to return and the reason for returning these items.
- Once you have selected all the quantities you would like to return and the reason why, click "Submit Request" in the bottom right corner of the page.
- Your return label will automatically be generated. To print this return label select "Print Return Label."
- Attach your return label to the outside of the package. Additionally, please write your RMA # on the outside of the package.
- You will be notified once we receive your return and your account has been credited.
