WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday after 9AM Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business day.
AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS
- Please select your desired shipping method at checkout to ensure timely delivery. Shipping method rates are calculated based off customer's shipping address. The following shipping services are offered:
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)
- UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
- UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day)
WHAT IF ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT OR ARRIVE DAMAGED?
- Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If items are missing from your shipment, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
- All defective or damaged product claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. A return authorization is required and a call tag will be issued for the return of the defective items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. If your item is nonreturnable you will not be able to complete the return form.
- We will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the order. All returns will receive a $5.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Restocking fees do not apply to customers exchanging items.
