HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse for standard delivery. Orders placed by 1 pm are processed out the next business day. This is subject to high order volume. Please allow more time during large sales and the holidays.
IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

WHAT IF ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT OR ARRIVE DAMAGED?
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If items are missing from your shipment, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
All defective or damaged product claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. If your item is nonreturnable you will not be able to complete the return form.
We will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the order. All returns will receive a $5.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Restocking fees do not apply to customers exchanging items.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items for return back to Katherine Way. Shipping for exchanges will be covered by Katherine Way. If you are responsible for the cost of your shipping label, this amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
