WHAT IF ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT OR ARRIVE DAMAGED?

  • Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If items are missing from your shipment, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
  • All defective or damaged product claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. A return authorization is required and a call tag will be issued for the return of the defective items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. If your item is nonreturnable you will not be able to complete the return form.
  • We will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the order. All returns will receive a $5.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Restocking fees do not apply to customers exchanging items.
