Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Additional duties and taxes may be applicable. We are looking to expand our international sales this year!
How long will it take to get my order?
Our items ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. It can take 3-5 business days to get your order shipped. You can expect greater delays during large sales and the holidays. If you need an item expediated, Please reach out to our shipping team at email@example.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped. If you have created an account, you can also login and view the status of any of your recent orders. Please allow up to 3-5 buisness days for processing.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use USPS and UPS for our shipping needs.
How Do I use a Gift Card?
Use the code within the email you received with the Gift Card. The amount will be applied to your order.

Can I return my product?
All sales are final on Clearance items. We will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the order. You may return for a full refund or exchange for another size or color. Stock is subject to availability. Returns may take up to 10 business days to process. Holidays may disrupt this process.
A return authorization form is required in the package. If the return form is not included in the shipment, the returns process will be delayed.
Can I get my product personalized?
We do not currently offer personalization on our garments.
